I’m so happy to present you with this amazing list of 40 Summer Art Ideas for Kids! It hit me as I was scrolling through my Art Bar Pinterest page that I have accumulated quite a big bunch of summer art projects through all of my camps. I thought of writing another ebook, but then decided to pull them all together in a blog post instead. And I made the graphics very Pinterest-esque, just for fun.
Some of these projects are more crafty and involve steps – perfect for older kids (and adults). But most are easily adaptable to all ages. In fact, I have lots of four and five-year olds in my camps and they have done almost all of these projects!

Love this honey, with summer soon upon us, I can finally say I found inspiration at the right time, thank you for sharing t!
So fun and colorful! No need for a single bored day with this awesome list of summer art projects. The ebook you had planned for these would have been cool, but much better as a page of ideas to bookmark for when the summer doldrums roll around!
Oh my goodness!! I just discovered your blog and I have to say I am amazed at how beautiful these projects are. I don’t like busy activity sheets and coloring pages my kiddos will throw away because they aren’t inspiring, and lack meaning. I’ll be using these ideas all summer with my own children and my kiddos I teach at our church. Thank you!!
So happy to hear this, thanks Rachel!
